Joep Obdam

Joep Obdam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joep co-founded GreenScout in 2020, an employee engagement platform focused on sustainability and well-being. Joep then joined Celonis in 2021, where they worked in the Value Group EMEA North division, helping companies optimize their business processes through data and intelligence. Prior to that, they spent several years at EY, where they held the position of Strategy & Operations | Sr. Manager, managing complex projects across different industries. Joep also had a secondment in New York City during their time at EY. Before EY, Joep worked at Nolan, Norton & Co. as a Strategy | Jr. Consultant. Joep started their career as an intern at PwC México, working in the International Tax department, and later as an intern at ING in the Equity Markets division. Most recently, Joep has taken on the role of Head of Corporate Development at Ofi starting in 2023.
