OFICINA TÉCNICA DE ESTUDIOS Y CONTROL DE OBRAS, S.A. (OFITECO) es una empresa española de consultoría e ingeniería fundada en 1971.
Presta sus servicios durante la fase de diseño (estudios previos y proyectos constructivos), de construcción (supervisión de la ejecución de obras e instrumentación de presas, túneles y viaductos) y de operación (explotación, seguimiento, mantenimiento y conservación) en obras de ingeniería hidráulica-medioambiental (presas, balsas, defensa frente a inundaciones, redes de control hidro-meteorológico, restauración fluvial, distribución, tratamiento y depuración de aguas) y de transporte (carreteras, autovías, ferrocarriles, metro subterráneo, metro ligero en superficie).
Concentrada inicialmente su actividad en el mercado español, también ha desarrollado contratos en Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Uruguay, Chile, Venezuela, Argentina, Panamá, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Polonia, Georgia, Israel, Argelia y Arabia Saudí.
En la actualidad mantiene operativas sucursales en Perú (Lima), Colombia (Bogotá) e Israel (Tel Aviv), así como una Filial en Argelia (Argel).
