OFIXIU was founded in 2019 by Zdeněk Pavlíček with the vision of bringing to the Czech market real estate services that combine a personal approach, professional know-how, and modern marketing methods inspired by advanced international markets. After years of successful growth, OFIXIU has been divided into two specialized divisions.

OFIXIU Business focuses on commercial real estate. Our consultants represent companies and help them find and negotiate suitable office, retail, manufacturing, and warehouse premises. We accept inquiries across the entire Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Spain, Poland, and Slovakia.

OFIXIU Living specializes in residential projects. Thanks to OFIXIU Business, we are able to effectively reach not only Czech investors but also international investors in property sales. This year, our target is to sell real estate with a total value exceeding CZK 500 million.
