Trent Kitching

Trent Kitching is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Ofload, where responsibilities include partnering with Supply Chain, Growth, and Sales teams since May 2023. Previously, at SafetyCulture from July 2020 to May 2023, Trent held several roles including People Partner (HRBP), where impactful people strategies were developed in collaboration with the Engineering department, as well as positions as People Advisor and People Operations Coordinator, focusing on operational support and escalations within People Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at West HQ and various roles at Penrith Panthers from 2016 to 2019, as well as an internship at CAMILLA. Trent holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Western Sydney University, completed in 2019.
