Ali Oxley

Ali Oxley is a seasoned professional in sales success and enablement with over a decade of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Sales Success at OFS since June 2013, Ali has held multiple roles, including Director of Sales Enablement and Regional Workplace WELL Specialist. Notable achievements include receiving dual Sales Awards and being recognized as Sales Rep of the Year in 2014 and 2018. Prior experience includes account development at Humanscale, where Ali was a consistent top performer and contributed to significant sales growth, and as an Account Executive at ID&A, focusing on new business development and collaborations within the architecture and design community. Ali began a career in design as an Interior Designer at Western Kentucky University, coordinating design projects for campus expansions. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Design with a focus on Interior Design and a minor in Real Estate from Western Kentucky University.
