07 December 2024 is the day when the company Medibase srl has decided to transfer its operating branch of the company to the company Oftalpharma s.r.l through a partial spin-off of its operating branch of the company Medibase Srl to the company Oftalpharma S.r.l. This operation will allow us to be more competitive and performing, and to be able to offer you an increasingly 360° service.

Medibase products are dedicated to General Practitioners and Specialist medical doctors, and they are distributed in Italy through pharmacies and sold to private and public hospitals.
