Elinor Mathieson has over 20 years of experience in various financial roles. Elinor began their career at Wilder Coe LLP as an Audit Supervisor from October 1994 to April 1998. Elinor then joined PKF (UK) LLP as a Senior Audit Manager, where they were responsible for conducting audits of SME companies and UK subsidiaries of foreign-owned groups. With PKF, they also served as the Director of Corporate Finance from January 2006 to December 2012. In 2013, Elinor joined Ofwat as a Principal Corporate Finance Adviser, a role they held until June 2018. Elinor then became the Associate Director of Financial Resilience, a position they held until March 2022. From April to July 2022, Elinor served as the Director of Financial Resilience at Ofwat. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Regulatory and Corporate Finance at Ofwat since July 2022.
Elinor Mathieson obtained their Master of Arts (MA) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, graduating in 1994 after three years of study.
