Lynn Parker

Lynn Parker has extensive experience in regulatory roles, primarily within consumer protection and enforcement. Lynn served as Principal Investigator at Ofcom from May 2007 to December 2010 and later held the position of Director Consumer Protection at Ofcom until April 2019. Lynn's career also includes the role of Head of Enforcement at Ofgem from November 2020 to October 2023, and Assistant Director at the Competition and Markets Authority between May 2019 and May 2020. Prior to these positions, Lynn worked as Deputy Director, Consumer Regulation Enforcement at the Office of Fair Trading from January 2000 to April 2007. Currently, Lynn is serving as Senior Director, Enforcement and Customers at Ofwat since October 2023. Lynn holds an LLB in Law from the University of London, earned between 1994 and 1998.
