Mark Foote

Mark Foote is the Head of HR at Ofwat, where they navigate strategic human resource challenges. Prior to this role, Mark served as an HR/OD Business Partner at Leicestershire County Council from 2018 to 2022, providing leadership and implementing HR initiatives.
