Rhiannon Phillips

Rhiannon Phillips is a communications and equity, diversity, and inclusion professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and project management. They have worked in various roles, including as a Strategic Communications Manager for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and currently serve as the Head of Internal Engagement at Ofwat. Their earlier positions include Sales and Marketing Assistant at Filsol Solar Limited and Energy Saving Advisor at the Energy Saving Trust. Rhiannon holds a BSc in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
