Sam Buckley

Sam Buckley has worked as the Head of Data Strategy Delivery at Ofwat since September 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head Of Knowledge and Insights at Enfield Council from August 2015 to August 2022. sam also served as the Interim Head of Grants at the London Borough of Enfield from April 2021 to April 2022.

Sam Buckley attended Queen Mary University of London from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. sam further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts degree in History from 1996 to 2000.
