Bridie Smith

Bridie Smith has held various roles in customer marketing and insights throughout their career. Bridie most recently served as the Global Head of CRM at OFX since December 2018. Prior to that, Bridie worked at Virgin Mobile Australia, where they held positions such as Associate Director of Customer Marketing & Insights and Marketing Manager for various customer segments. Bridie also has experience in product management and marketing at Singtel Optus. In addition to their professional experience, Bridie has served as President and Secretary & Treasurer for Mini's Bulldog Rescue Club.

Bridie Smith holds an MBA degree from Macquarie Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, they completed a certificate in Digital Marketing from ADMA IQ. Bridie also acquired a Bachelor of Business degree in Electronic Business from the University of Technology Sydney from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they attended several short-term programs and received certifications, such as the Optus Marketing Academy in 2011, Leading to Inspire from Polaris Coaching in 2013, and CSPO: Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2014. Bridie has recently obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in September 2020, and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2014. Bridie also attended Frensham from 1995 to 1999.
