Fiona Perkins has extensive experience in instructional design and training across various organizations since the early 1990s. Beginning as a Trainee Florist at Springwood Florist, Fiona transitioned to roles including Trainee Manager at McDonald's Family Restaurant, and progressed to instructional design positions at notable companies such as Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Group, and Queensland Health. Key competencies include the development of eLearning content, training needs analysis, and project management. Fiona has held significant roles such as Learning Designer at Gallagher and is currently a Senior Learning Specialist at OFX.
