Lauren Crystal

Lauren Crystal has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lauren'smost recent role was as the Head of People and Culture, Asia Pacific at OFX since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2021 to August 2021. Lauren also held the position of Co-Head / Senior Business Partner, People & Culture at AMP CAPITAL INVESTORS (UK) LIMITED from October 2013 to October 2020. Lauren was the Head of Human Resources at Tyndall AM from April 2012 to July 2013, and Regional Director of Human Resources at AllianceBernstein from May 2001 to March 2012.

Lauren Crystal obtained a BA degree in Economics and Psychology from Duke University.
