Michelle R. obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Merit) in Marketing and Management from the University of Wollongong in 1998. In 2000, they received a Certificate in Direct Marketing from ADMA IQ. In 2012, they pursued a Masters of Marketing from UNSW. Additionally, Michelle has obtained several certifications including Agile Leadership: Introduction to Change from the University of Colorado in 2022 and Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2020. Michelle has also completed certifications in Asana Academy and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Modules.
