Stu Hallows is an accomplished compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance for OFX across the APAC region, Stu has also held significant roles such as Chief Risk Officer at Paytron and CEO of NexPay. With a strong background in operational management, compliance, and governance, Stu has provided consulting services to fintech businesses through Mount Tay Consulting and served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Advisor at Xchainge Global. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Western Union Business Solutions and Head of Operations at Travelex, along with foundational experience in the Abbey National Group. Stu is also well-educated in compliance and management, holding certifications from ACAMS and the Australian Institute of Management.
