Tara Karssing

Tara Karssing has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Head of People and Culture, NA at OFX since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sun Life Financial as the Human Resources Director/Director of Talent Programs from January 2017 to September 2021. Tara also held positions at Staples as a Senior Manager, Corporate Human Resources from June 2009 to December 2016, at Aon as an HR Manager/HR Advisor from June 2002 to June 2009, at The Scarborough Hospital as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from April 1998 to June 2002, and at The Hospital for Sick Children as an HR Assistant from May 1996 to April 1998.

Tara Karssing holds a Bachelor's degree from Western University. Tara also completed a Human Resources Management (Post Graduate Program) at Humber College and obtained an Advanced Strategic Leadership Certificate from the University of Toronto. In addition, Tara has certifications including Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and EQ-i 2.0 / 360 Certification.
