Rich founded and operated Aircraft Appearances for eight years, enhancing client services in Florida and Missouri. Actively engaging in the business aviation community, they have held prominent roles with various associations while fostering trust and exceptional client experiences through a leadership style anchored in honesty and humility. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, Rich continues to be passionate about aviation and client advocacy.
