Wayne Starling

Wayne Starling is a seasoned consultant and sales leader, currently serving as Director of Sales for OGARAJETS while also owning Wayne Starling Consulting LLC. From 2000 to 2017, Wayne was the Sr. Vice President and National Sales Manager at PNC Aviation Finance, where they helped build the Aviation Finance Group, achieving top rankings in corporate and private jet loans. They have extensive experience in developing sales training programs and have successfully built sales organizations for multiple banks. Wayne has also held various advisory roles, including serving as Senior Advisor for AOPA Finance and Executive Director for the International Aircraft Dealers Association.
