Julia Baume currently serves as DRH at OGC NICE since February 2024. Previously, Julia held the position of Creatrice de Blissful at Bliss.ful Body from April 2023 to February 2024. Julia's extensive experience includes significant roles at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe as Director of Talent Acquisition Europe and Suntory Beverage & Food France as Head of Talent, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition strategy, operational leadership, and employee development initiatives. Additionally, Julia worked at Parfums Christian Dior as EMEA HRBP for Travel Retail and held various HR positions at PepsiCo, specializing in recruitment and employee management. Julia possesses a Master’s degree in Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines from IGS and a Bachelor's degree in Ressources Humaines from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
