Brian Rogers, CM, has extensive experience in customer experience and process improvement, currently serving as an Expert Customer Experience Analyst and Lead Strategy Analyst at OGE Energy Corp. since October 2007. In these roles, Brian leads cross-functional projects and conducts statistical analyses to develop predictive models.
