Kimber Shoop

Kimber Shoop has extensive experience in regulatory law and government affairs, having served as a partner at Crooks, Stanford & Shoop from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, Kimber was the managing director of legal at OGE Energy Corp. from 2006 to 2017, where they also held positions as director of regulatory policy and planning, and director of regulatory affairs. Currently, Kimber is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business since 2021. Kimber earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Government and American Government and Politics from the University of Virginia.
