Leonard Fowler has extensive experience in database administration and software development, currently serving as Lead Database Administrator at OGE Energy Corp. since October 1993, where expertise includes Oracle database versions 9i to 19c and Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g and 13c. Previously held the position of Sr. Database Administrator with similar Oracle expertise and worked as a Software Developer specializing in COBOL and SAP ABAP from 1985 to 2006. Prior to his tenure at OGE Energy Corp., Leonard worked at C.R. Anthony's in various roles including Sales Clerk and Stocker. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
