Mark Silvers

Mark Silvers, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in learning and workforce development, currently serving as Director of Learning and Workforce Development at OGE Energy Corp. since May 2007. Silvers has previously held roles including Senior Manager of Technical Learning & Professional Development and Manager of Utility Technical Learning, where responsibilities included leading training teams, conducting needs assessments, and designing technical learning programs. Prior experience includes positions at ResCare Workforce Services and the City of Guthrie, where Silvers managed human resources functions and developed training programs. Mark holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Northern Oklahoma College.
