Terri Pyle

Terri Pyle is a highly experienced professional in utility operational compliance and environmental assurance, currently serving as Director of Utility Operational Compliance and NERC Compliance Officer at OGE Energy Corp. since 2011. Pyle's expertise encompasses various aspects of NERC compliance, including program management, environmental compliance assurance, business resiliency, and corporate compliance oversight. Prior roles at OGE Energy included Senior Manager and Manager of NERC Compliance. Pyle's prior experience includes compliance specialization at the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority and environmental management at Delta Faucet Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and Colorado State University, respectively, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
