Simon Cadranel

Simon Cadranel is an experienced financial institution manager and strategic change leader currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Director of the Non-Profit Division at Ogen since May 2023. Previously, Simon held various roles, including Business Loans Department Manager at Ogen from 2013 to 2017, and worked in international private banking at Bank Leumi USA, focusing on high-net-worth clients from August 2011 to July 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Manager at Flushing Bank, where Simon enhanced branch profitability, and at U-Bank, Ltd, managing international private banking and export finance. Additionally, Simon contributed as Rosh Chavura for The Jewish Agency for Israel in 2003. Simon's educational background includes a BSC in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MA in Educational Leadership from Bellevue University, and post-graduate studies in Jewish Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
