Carys Bird

Carys Bird is the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at Ogier, where they apply their passion for creative thinking and problem solving. Previously, Carys held various positions at RBS International, culminating as a Strategy Execution Manager, and contributed to communications as a Communications Manager. They also have experience in the British Army as a Sapper and served in the Royal Navy as a Midshipman. Carys earned a 2.1 degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to personal development and coaching.
