Doug Mackenzie

Doug Mackenzie is the Director of Service Innovation at Ogier, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Private Banking Operations at Santander Private Banking from 2011 to 2015, and held various leadership positions at RBS International, including Head of Contact Unit and Head of Operations Support. Doug has also worked as the Head of Business Management in the Global Restructuring Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. They hold a Postgraduate in Law and a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Business & Law from the University of Plymouth, as well as a degree in Operations Management from the University of Warwick and a Prince2 certification in Project Management.
