Jad Nader

Jad Nader is a Partner at Ogier, where they currently head the Luxembourg Desk in New York. They previously held positions as a lawyer at several prestigious firms, including Baroudi & Associates Law Firm and Clifford Chance LLP, and served as Counsel at NautaDutilh. Nader has also worked as the Head of the Arab Segment at Societe Generale. In academia, they contributed as a professor's assistant at Université Robert Schuman. Nader's educational background includes a Master’s in Private International Law and ongoing doctoral studies in Banking and Financial Law.
