James Angus is a partner at Ogier, specializing as an experienced disputes lawyer and courtroom advocate. They advise and represent leading trust companies and financial institutions in Jersey, with a focus on contentious cross-border estates and cross-border insolvency/restructuring. James has previously held positions as an advocate and associate at Mourant Ozannes and Bedell, and has practiced as a barrister (non-practising) at Voisin.
