Jayde Johnson

Jayde Johnson possesses extensive experience in operational risk management, compliance, and investment management across multiple organizations. At DMS Governance, Jayde held the position of Operational Risk Manager and oversaw a portfolio of clients while managing regulatory and risk projects. Prior experience includes working at BNP Paribas as an Associate in Compliance, where responsibility included liaising with hedge fund clients to ensure compliance and conducting due diligence. Jayde also served as an Investments Manager at Legal & General and Target Group, managing teams and providing product servicing for retail investments. Currently, Jayde holds leadership roles at Ogier as Associate Director of Operations, focusing on services for the BVI, Cayman, and Hong Kong regions. Academic credentials include a degree in Contemporary Choreography from Bath Spa University, along with certifications in securities, investments, sales, and management.
