Justin Davis is a commercial barrister and partner in Ogier's BVI Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Corporate Recovery teams in Hong Kong. Their practice focuses on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholders' disputes and cross-border insolvency litigation. They were admitted to the Bar in England & Wales in 2003 and in the BVI in March 2017. Justin is also a member of the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists’ Association (RISA), the BVI Bar Association, and INSOL.
