Mark Malinao

Mark Malinao, CPA (USA, PH) and CMA (USA), is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in fund accounting, investor services, and business systems implementation. Currently serving as a Manager for Business Systems Implementation at Ogier since June 2025, Mark previously held managerial roles at CSC and Intertrust Group, where responsibilities included the preparation of financial statements under various GAAP standards and overseeing a team managing accounting data and client support. Mark also worked as a General Accountant at Juma Al Majid Holding Group, leading a team and addressing senior management inquiries, and has contributed to education as a CPA/CMA lecturer. Mark's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
