Michael Little is a Counsel in the Employment Team at Ogier, where they have worked since 1998, advising on a range of Employment Law issues, Health & Safety, and Data Protection in both Jersey and Guernsey. Prior to their current role, they served as a Managing Associate and held positions as a Trainee Solicitor and Associate at various firms, including Edge & Ellison Solicitors and Sinel's. Michael has also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and is pursuing an MSc in HR & Management from Aston University. Additionally, they have a background in law enforcement, having served as a Constable and Sergeant with West Midlands Police from 1975 to 1990.
