Nick Williams is a Partner at Ogier, specializing in Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Since joining Ogier in 2007, Nick has also co-chaired the firm's Regulatory Group, focusing on contentious matters. Admitted as a Jersey Advocate in 2010, Nick has been recognized as one of the "Top 35 Under 35" by Private Client Practitioner and ranked as "Up and coming" by Chambers UK in 2018. Prior to Ogier, Nick practiced as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from 2001 to 2007 and holds a B.A. in History from the University of York, as well as legal qualifications from the College of Law, York.
