Simon Schilder

Simon Schilder is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in investment funds, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equity capital markets, and joint ventures. Simon began a career at Hogan Lovells as an Associate in the corporate and M&A team from September 1996 to March 2004. Since April 2004, Simon has served as a Partner at Ogier, contributing to the legal landscape with expertise in complex financial transactions and advisory roles. Simon also held the position of former Chairman of the BVI's Securities, Investment Business and Mutual Funds Advisory Committee, providing insights into the development of the British Virgin Islands' financial services industry. Simon completed legal education at the College of Law, Store Street, from 1994 to 1996.
