Stuart Watson

Stuart Watson is the UK Managing Director at Ogier Global. They previously served as the Head of Corporate Services at Wilmington Trust from 2021 to 2023, where they led a team specializing in structured finance corporate services. Prior to that, Stuart held various roles at Wilmington Trust, including Manager of the Company Secretariat Team (Europe) and Relationship Manager. They also gained valuable experience in corporate functions through positions at Tesco Bank, Crutes LLP, and Eversheds.
