Matt Meredith is the Head of Customer Success at OGL Software, where they oversee the relationships with over 600 customers, ensuring the company’s ERP and eCommerce solutions deliver ongoing value and support customer growth. Prior to this role, they held various positions including Customer Experience Team Manager and Software Account Management Team Leader at OGL Software, as well as positions in sales and business development at other companies. Matt earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Marketing from Swansea Metropolitan University between 2005 and 2008.
