Matthew Bell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined The DCS Group as a Telesales Executive, and later in 2015, they worked at Mend My Computer as an Information Technology Support Engineer. In the same year, they also joined The DCS Group as a Service Engineer until 2016. After that, they worked at Tesco as a Customer Assistant, and currently, they are working at OGL Computer Services Group Limited as a Software Support Consultant.

Matthew Bell attended Stourport High School and Sixth Form Centre from 2003 to 2006. Matthew then enrolled in Pershore College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a National Diploma in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services.
