Hermann Holzer's career began at Electrovac, working as an R&D Project Manager from July 1996 to January 2000. Educationally, Hermann Holzer holds a Dr. techn. degree in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien, as well as postdoctoral degrees in Materials Sciences from both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University. A Dipl.-Ing. in Materials Sciences was earned from Montanuniversität Leoben, following Matura from BG Krems.
