Deb Natale

Deb Natale is the President and Co-Founder of New Leaps Academy, leveraging 30 years of business and non-profit organizational experience to drive the mission of the school. Debra has co-owned and operated three successful businesses, served as Payroll Manager and Billing Manager for a $75 million staffing company, and held various leadership roles in charitable organizations for a total of 10 years. Debra's interest in Special Needs education was sparked by their granddaughter's developmental challenges. Additionally, Deb Natale currently serves as Executive Director and Office Manager at Oglethorpe, Inc., overseeing a team of 12 in a corporate setting focused on financial and administrative operations.
