Andreia Rosa

Andreia Rosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal since December 2014, Andreia oversees strategic project management, investment evaluations, and risk analysis while directing teams towards achieving results. Previously, Andreia held managerial positions focused on composite engineering and production control, emphasizing efficiency, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies. Prior experience includes operations management at Grundéns, overseeing a factory of 90 employees and managing production, logistics, and quality, as well as serving as an industrial manager at Delphi. Andreia holds a degree in Production Engineering and Industrial Management from Universidade da Beira Interior.
