Alison Kole

Alison Kole, MD, MPH, FCCP, FAASM, serves as the Medical Director at Ognomy Sleep since September 2025 and holds advisory roles at Onera Health and Cohere Health. As Chief Executive Officer of AKMD Consulting, LLC, Alison specializes in sleep program development and serves as a part-time sleep physician and author. At Oak Health Center, Alison is the Founding Medical Director of the Oak Health Concierge Sleep Telemedicine Program, providing comprehensive sleep services. Previous roles include Sleep Physician at Nox Health and Director of Medical Affairs and Strategy at US HealthConnect, Inc., alongside a significant tenure as Director of Outpatient Sleep Services at Summit Health, where Alison developed an accredited Sleep Center of Excellence. With a background in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, Alison has been involved in resident education and has extensive experience addressing various medical topics, including COVID-19 and sleep disorders. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Columbia University and an MD/MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine.
