Luca Panella is currently the Sales Director Italy at Ogury. Prior to this, they worked as the Automotive Lead Italy at Microsoft from April 2013 to July 2016. There, they managed a team of 4 people and was the referent for all the digital campaigns and activities of Peugeot (Display, Search, Social and Performance). Their main activities included defining strategy for digital media planning with the clients, media planning according to the needs of clients depending on the campaign’s characteristics and using tools as audiweb and Nielsen statistics, reporting and analyzing the performances of each campaign with the key performance indicators and the general knowledge of the market , and managing relationships and operational activities with clients, publishers, offline team.

Luca Panella has a Laurea Specialistica in Teoria e Tecnologia della Comunicazione from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, an Erasmus program in Psicologia from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, and a Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia della Comunicazione from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
