Charlotte Custers

Charlotte Custers serves as Team Leader at Onderwijsgemeenschap Venlo & Omstreken since August 2020, overseeing approximately 30 professionals within the Maasland regional educational provision and the support structure of Blariacumcollege. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of Deputy Director of MBO at CITAVERDE College from January 2016 to August 2020, where Charlotte led a team of 35 employees and 350 students, focusing on MBO programming, examinations, and development of equestrian studies. Charlotte's extensive experience in education also includes roles as an educational author and editor at Noordhoff Uitgevers, as well as various teaching and leadership positions at several educational institutions. Charlotte possesses multiple degrees, including a Master's in Special Educational Needs and a Master's in Education with a focus on German Studies.
