Robert Gradus has extensive experience in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, having served as a divisional director at various mid-sized and large companies, including a publicly traded firm. Currently, they hold positions as a member of the supervisory boards at several organizations, such as Zeeuwland and Woningstichting Helpt Elkander, and are involved in advisory roles across diverse industries, including recreation and advertising. Robert's background includes significant roles in interim management and coaching for upper and middle management, with a specialization in organizational structures and mergers.
