Robert Caesar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Proposal and Project Manager at OHB SE since April 2013, Robert holds key roles, including Payload Manager for the HERA project and Team Leader for Navigation Payload Architecture.
