Members of the Ohio Independent Collaborative collectively provide care for more than 450,000 patients, spanning from Canton to Cleveland to Sandusky and all the areas in between. The coalition brings together nearly 500 primary care providers and specialists, who collaborate on initiatives that will improve clinical quality, patient care and access to providers.
