Eric Smith

Eric Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company in various roles such as Software Developer, DBA, Finance Liaison for ERP, and Manager of Pricing and Programs. During their time there, they contributed to the implementation of an ERP system, created a data warehouse, and developed a Sales & Marketing reporting system. From 2013 to 2015, Eric served as the Director of Customer Operations at Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels, where they oversaw supply chain, logistics, and customer service. Eric later joined Ohio Logistics in 2018, first as the General Manager of the Midwest Division and currently as the Director of Contract Logistics. In their current role, they provide leadership to key accounts and oversees 11 locations. Eric has also led initiatives in KPI reporting and analytics restructuring. Overall, Eric Smith has demonstrated expertise in operations, leadership, and project management throughout their career.

Eric Smith completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Findlay, enrolling until 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Findlay, specializing in Math, Computer Science, and Technology Management, from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Eric received the Green Belt certification from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company in October 2010.
