Ryan Reardon

Ryan Reardon is an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on outpatient behavioral health and pediatric settings. Currently employed at The MetroHealth System since June 2019 and at OhioGuidestone since April 2015, Ryan's responsibilities include training new hires, medication administration, and managing the placement process for new intakes. Prior nursing clinical experiences spanned various healthcare institutions, covering areas such as pediatric nursing, obstetrics, and psychiatric care. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Ohio University and an Associate of Science from Cuyahoga Community College, complemented by a prior career at Whirlpool Corporation in roles including team lead and backup supervisor.
